Luke has over 15 years industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in both the UK and Australia. He has worked as both a Contractor and a Client and uses this experience to see our projects from the Clients perspective. Luke oversees the estimating and project management areas of the business.
Declan founded Geared Construction in 2015 and is the registered builder for the business. He has over 17 years industry experience as a carpenter, site manager and construction manager completing a wide range of work in commercial retail and residential construction. Declan’s technical ability and problem solving is one of his greatest assets. Declan oversees the site management and quality areas of the business.
Az has been with us a Site Manager since 2018 has an approachable management style and is always smiling, no matter how testing the task! His background as a trade qualified plumber has been a great transferable skill in his Site Management career to date!
One of our most experienced Site Managers, Jimmy’s excellent organisation skills, people skills and humorous outlook on life make his sites some of the most efficiently run and also the most enjoyable to work on.
Scott has managed a wide range of projects from new build commercial construction to large scale renovation and refurbishment. He has amassed an impressive track record of delivering projects on time or ahead of schedule with minimal defects and a high level of Client satisfaction.
Katie has over 15 years industry experience as a Quantity Surveyor and Project Manager in the UK and Australia both in Commercial and Residential Construction. Since Katie started with Geared in 2018 she has gone from strength to strength and her personable style of Project Management goes down a treat with Clients and Suppliers alike.
