We understand that every client and project is unique, there is no “one size fits all” approach. To this end, we look at every project as an individual and unique process.
We have the capability and technical knowledge to deliver quality projects on site, and we also have the expertise in delivering them professionally, efficiently and methodically ensuring that all paperwork and records are in line. Our unique point of difference is that we can guarantee you will be working with at least one of the Directors on any of our projects.

Planning & Development
Send us your plans and specifications or talk to us about your design ideas. We can provide pricing on the scope and design provided by your design team, or by working closely with our design partners we can assist you in developing your designs while also providing cost planning and advice throughout.

Procurement
For any project, it is important to plan and procure all materials early to reduce the risk of delays. We ensure that all long lead-time items are ordered and their deliveries tracked throughout the project to ensure there are no nasty surprises.

Construction
Throughout the construction period, communication is key to everything we do.We provide a single point of contact for our client to ensure accountability.
We also provide weekly progress reports from site detailing current project status, photographs, look-ahead scheduling and updates on safety, quality and financial elements of the build.

Post-Construction
Whilst we pride ourselves on the high standards of quality we expect from our team, we certainly see the value in a second pair of experienced eyes. We complete a walkthrough with the client prior to practical completion to compile a clients defects list. These defects will be rectified within 10 working days of Practical Completion.
Upon handover, our team will produce comprehensive operation and maintenance manuals for the client. We also take the time to carry out a walkthrough with the building user groups to demonstrate the procedures of use for any user operable equipment.
